By accessing or using the Receipt platform (“Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately. These Terms apply to all users, including merchants, partners, and end-customers receiving digital receipts.
Receipt offers a digital receipt platform that allows businesses to generate, store, and deliver receipts electronically through integration with POS systems and payment providers. The Service may include additional features such as analytics, data archiving, and loyalty integration. We reserve the right to enhance, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service without prior notice. Updates may include new features, bug fixes, or changes to existing functionalities.
To use Receipt, you must meet the following requirements: Be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into agreements in your jurisdiction. Provide accurate and up-to-date account information, including valid contact and payment details. Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We may refuse or suspend access to any user who provides false information or misuses the Service.
When accessing or using Receipt, you agree to: Use the Service solely for lawful business purposes. Maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials and notify us immediately of unauthorized use. Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity, including attempting to bypass system security or interfere with the platform’s operation. Ensure that any information submitted (customer data, payment details, receipts) is accurate and lawful.
All content, software, user interfaces, branding, logos, and designs on the Receipt platform are owned or licensed by us. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Fees for premium features or enterprise plans will be disclosed prior to purchase. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled before the renewal date. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. Except as required by law, all payments are final and non-refundable. Taxes, duties, or other government charges may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
Receipt provides the Service “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or error-free operation. We are not liable for: Any damages resulting from interruptions, delays, or errors. Loss of data caused by third-party providers, including cloud hosting or POS integrations. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages such as loss of profits or business opportunities. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use.
Receipt integrates with POS systems, cloud hosting providers, and payment gateways. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their actions, failures, or security practices. Any disputes or issues arising from third-party services should be addressed with the respective provider.
