Eligibility

Payments & Subscriptions

Fees for premium features or enterprise plans will be disclosed prior to purchase. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled before the renewal date. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. Except as required by law, all payments are final and non-refundable. Taxes, duties, or other government charges may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

Receipt provides the Service “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or error-free operation. We are not liable for: Any damages resulting from interruptions, delays, or errors. Loss of data caused by third-party providers, including cloud hosting or POS integrations. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages such as loss of profits or business opportunities. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use.

Third-Party Integrations

Receipt integrates with POS systems, cloud hosting providers, and payment gateways. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their actions, failures, or security practices. Any disputes or issues arising from third-party services should be addressed with the respective provider.
